Executive Director, A Home Within

I have served as Executive Director of A Home Within since March 2020, stepping into the role one week before the pandemic shut down the country. AHW is a 30-year-old national nonprofit with a singular model: we match current and former foster youth with volunteer licensed therapists for free, unconditional, unlimited individual therapy — for as long as they need it. Today we operate 32 chapters across 25 states, maintain 675+ active therapeutic relationships, and have documented a 10:1 ROI.

The organization has grown faster in the past five years than at any point in its history. The  budget is up 40%. Volunteer recruitment tripled. That growth has surfaced challenges I can't manage alone - I need the help of HBSANC to build the next era of A Home Within.
